María Fernanda Pou Fernández began her professional experience in 2014 as an Internal Paralegal where she was responsible for conducting investigations for all the Departments (Intellectual Property, Family, Immigration, Litigation, Corporate, Commercial, Business and Aviation) and the monthly “Situation and Perspective” created by Dr. Luis Heredia Bonetti. Later, in 2007, Hilda P. Polanco obtained her second master's at Pantheon-Assas Paris II University in French, European and International Private Law.

Hilda Patricia Polanco obtained her license to practice law in the Dominican courts in 1990. She has been for several years the Legal Counsel for Asociación de Líneas Aéreas (ALA- Airlines Association), as well as the Airports Association. She provides specialized consulting services to private sector clients in the different branches of these sectors with regard to all their legal needs in the country. She has worked for several years in the maritime, corporate (mergers and acquisitions), foreign investment and finance structuring domains, customs, tax, as well as concessions, privatizations, agreements, real estate law and dispute resolution.
Throughout her professional career she has advised leading companies in these sectors in their business operations in the Dominican Republic. In addition, she has represented the Dominican Republic before the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the Latin American Civil Aviation Commission (LACAC). She has participated in numerous national and international conferences of the subject as speaker and has been a professor at several national universities and institutions in her areas of legal expertise as well as in the field of arbitration and mediation.
She has made several contributions to various national and international publications and has collaborated internationally in several books on aeronautics. She also contributed with the IT AEREO Madrid with the Dominican Chapter of an international training course in aviation and airports.
